Staffing and consulting firm Zyoin Group has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MoU) with WeWork India to jointly support the expansion and operational excellence of Global Capability Centres (GCCs) across India.
The partnership is aimed at addressing a core enabler of GCC success. Access to agile, scalable and talent-centric workspaces. Zyoin Group’s GCC advisory capabilities, talent intelligence and employer branding expertise will be combined with WeWork India’s enterprise-ready flexible workspace solutions.
Together, the two organisations plan to help global enterprises establish and scale GCCs faster by aligning workspace strategy with talent growth, collaboration needs and the evolving expectations of India’s modern workforce.
The collaboration will support companies across different stages of their GCC journey. This includes pilot teams and lean setups, as well as large-scale, multi-city expansion. The partners said the focus will be on aligning infrastructure decisions with long-term workforce strategy, rather than treating real estate as a standalone function.
“For GCCs, workspace strategy today goes far beyond real estate — it is about agility, experience, and enabling talent to do their best work. Partnering with WeWork India allows us to help global organisations build flexible, future-ready GCCs aligned with how teams work and grow in India,” said Anuj Agrawal, Founder and CEO, Zyoin Group.
Santosh Martin, Chief Revenue Officer, WeWork India, said flexible workspaces are increasingly central to GCC expansion. “Today, flexible workspaces are accelerating the GCC expansion by helping them stay agile, scale quickly, and remain close to talent, without compromising on culture, control, or compliance. At WeWork India, we understand that a GCC is more than just an offshore office, it’s a strategic extension of a global enterprise. As a result, we design every workspace to reflect the unique DNA of each organisation, from design and culture to employee experience. We are delighted to partner with Zyoin Group to support GCCs in their journey to set up in India.”
The tie-up comes as India’s GCC ecosystem undergoes a structural shift. A November report by staffing firm NLB Services, titled Workforce 2.0 Reset – India’s GCCs Go AI-Native, noted that GCCs are no longer mere cost-arbitrage units. Many are evolving into AI-native innovation hubs. The report projected the sector’s workforce to grow to 3.46 million by 2030, adding 1.3 million new jobs.
Industry data points to a similar trend. India hosts more than 1,800 GCCs employing about 2 million professionals, according to Nasscom. EY India’s GCC Pulse Survey showed hiring growth of 5–7% between July and September 2025, driven by demand for roles in FinOps, site reliability engineering and platform engineering.
Zyoin Group, which positions itself as an AI-augmented talent advisory firm, works with global enterprises, GCCs and startups on adaptive hiring models, leadership talent and workforce intelligence across technology and emerging domains.
WeWork India, launched in 2017, operates across eight cities, including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Gurugram, with 68 operational centres spanning 7.67 million square feet as of June 2025.
