Arjun Mohan succeeds Mrinal Mohit, founding partner and the outgoing head of India business at BYJU’S, who is embarking on a new journey to pursue personal aspirations.
Arjun first joined Byju's in 2008 as a consultant. Later he became Vice President of Marketing and chief business officer (CBO) in 2016.
However, In 2020, Mohan left Byju's to join Ronnie Screwvala's edtech platform upGrad as the chief executive officer (CEO).
Mohan returned to Byju's at a time when the edtech giant is grappling with financial and operational issues.
