My house was locked, had Rs 23 in my bank account: OYO founder Ritesh Agarwal in his early days

OYO Founder & CEO Ritesh Agarwal shared an old video on X, where he recalled his recounting his "battery down moment" from the startup's early days.

Agarwal returned from a work-related trip to find his house locked and his luggage kept outside since his security had lapsed.

"I had Rs 23 in my bank account. My telephone was blocked... because I didn't pay bills," Agarwal said.
