Billionaire Nikhil Kamath invests Rs 100 crore in gaming company Nazara Technologies

Diversified gaming company Nazara Tech has raised Rs 100 crore from Kamath Associates & NKSquared.

Kamath Associates & NKSquared are the two investment firms managed by Zerodha's founders Nikhil and Nithin Kamath.

The funding increases Nikhil's stake in the Nazara Technologies from 1% to about 3.5%

As per SEBI's regulation, Nazara said Kamath brothers share will be locked for the six months from the date of issue.
