US-based KKR invests Rs 2,069 crore in Isha Ambani-led Reliance Retail at a valuation of Rs 8.36 lakh crore
Qatar Investment Authority (AIQ) invested $1 billion in Reliance Industries retail unit at a valuation of $100 billion.
Earlier, It was reported that Reliance Retail is looking to raise $2.5 billion from global investors, which would be completed by the end of September month.
With this investment, KKR's stake will be increased by an additional 0.25% in RRVL on a fully diluted basis, from 1.17% to 1.42%.
