India's ayurvedic wellness D2C brand Dr Mantra recently raised $200,000 in a bridge round of funding from Deep Bajaj and Mohit Bajaj, founders of FemTech Brand Sirona.
According to the company's statement, The startup plans to use the raised capital for business growth as it aims to double its operations before pursuing a series A funding round.
Founded in 2021 by Takki Zain and Shivansh Jain, Dr Mantra helps patients tackle various health concerns, with particular expertise in addressing kidney Stones.
The startup said it plans to harmonise ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with contemporary medical approaches. It claims to have impacted over 20,000+ patients in the last 2.5 years.
Prior to the current round, Dr Mantra raised Rs 1.25 crore from 100X.vc’s Sanjay Mehta and team.
