Expanding mental health solutions

Founded in 2021 by Dr. Krishna Veer Singh and Tarun Gupta, Lissun aims to address mental health challenges by collaborating with healthcare providers, corporations, and educational institutions.

The Gurugram-based startup focuses on high-stress issues such as chronic illnesses, exam anxiety, and workplace pressure.

“This Pre-Series A funding reinforces LISSUN’s mission to solve mental health at scale. It equips us with the crucial resources needed to expand our services, enhance our technology, grow our team, and increase our reach," said Dr. Krishna Veer Singh.

"With this investment, we are further empowered to deliver high-quality, accessible mental health care to those who need it most, driving significant advancements in the field and setting new benchmarks for excellence in mental health care across India," Singh added.

Holistic approach to mental health

Lissun offers a comprehensive range of mental health services through its division, Sunshine by Lissun. This branch focuses on child development services, addressing neurodevelopmental and behavioural disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Learning Disorders.

The platform employs a diverse team of psychologists, special educators, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and behavioural therapists.

These professionals work together to deliver personalized care to individuals who may be unaware of their mental health and developmental issues, offering contextualized support and comprehensive care at their point of need.

Lissun's market presence

Since its inception, Lissun claims to have impacted over 75,000 lives and has conducted more than 100,000 mental health sessions.

“We have been closely observing the evolution of mental health solutions in India and are impressed by LISSUN’s innovative approach through their phygital model. Their commitment to integrating physical and digital services to address all mental health needs aligns with the growing demand for comprehensive mental health support," said Sambit Dash, Partner, RPSG Capital Ventures.
