Navi founder Sachin Bansal
Sachin Bansal-founded fintech firm Navi Technologies Limited has changed its name to Navi Limited, the company said.
The company said that the rebranding underscores its focus to position itself as an integrated, customer-centric institution encompassing lending, insurance, asset management, and UPI services.
“The new name fits who we are today. Not only are we a technology provider, we are a full-fledged destination for financial services for our customers,” said Sachin Bansal, Founder and Executive Chairman of Navi Group. “It signals both simplification and scale – two ideas core to our philosophy.”
Rajiv Naresh, MD & CEO of Navi Limited, added, “This change aligns with the company’s evolution. While technology remains core to how we build, our focus today is broader. The new name reflects the company we’ve become: more integrated, more customer-focused, and ready for the next phase of growth.”
The development comes two weeks after Navi reportedly raised Rs 170 crore (approximately $20 million) in a debt financing round led by PhillipCapital, with participation from NDX Financial Services, Arpee Group, and others.
Earlier in February this year, Bansal transitioned to the role of executive chairman. Rajiv Naresh was named CEO of Navi Technologies, while Abhishek Dwivedi took over as CEO of Navi Finserv.
