Indian technology company HCLTech has partnered with SAP SE as it looks to boost innovation and speed up the adoption of Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies.
According to the company's statement, the partnership focuses on developing solutions that enhance business outcomes and facilitate rapid business transformation.
Building a GenAI repository for SAP
As part of the partnership, HCLTech and SAP together will to create a repository of Gen AI use cases, specifically tailored for SAP software. It aims to complement SAP's cloud solutions and enable customers to explore new ways to enhance SAP solutions using Gen AI.
Enhancing business processes and productivity
By leveraging HCLTech's engineering expertise across various industries with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), the partnership aims to deliver solutions that boost employee productivity, streamline operations, and accelerate application development, ultimately optimizing business processes.
Establishing a GenAI center
HCLTech plans to establish a dedicated Gen AI Center of Excellence (Gen AI CoE). The primary goal of this center is to develop industry-specific solutions that harness the transformative power of Generative AI and SAP BTP, the company said.
These solutions will provide clients with a range of tools, including low-code and no-code capabilities, and integrate essential enterprise technology functionalities like security and forward compatibility, it said.
