Home and sleep solutions firm Wakefit Innovations Limited has appointed Parul Gupta as its chief financial officer (CFO), with effect from February 10, 2026.
Gupta is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an alumna of ISB Hyderabad. She also holds dual bachelor’s degrees in law and commerce from Lucknow University. With close to two decades of leadership experience, she has worked across strategic finance, business partnering, and controls and compliance. Her previous senior roles include stints at Syngene, Myntra, Jabong, Aircel, and Airtel.
Over the course of her career, she has received several industry recognitions, including the Top 30 e-Commerce Leaders Award, the Women Leadership Award for Excellence in ecommerce, and inclusion among the Top 250 Great Managers in India.
The leadership change comes at a time when Wakefit has reported steady operating performance in the December quarter. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 421 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 385 crore in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax doubled to Rs 32 crore in Q3 FY26 on a quarter-on-quarter basis, compared with Rs 16 crore in Q2 FY26.
Wakefit, which listed in December, had a subdued stock market debut. The company’s shares listed at Rs 195 per share, in line with the upper end of the IPO price band. On the BSE, the stock opened at Rs 194.10, reflecting a discount of about 0.5% to the issue price.
