Hybrid Shifting today announced it has acquired AI-powered technology-enabled moving brand 'Pikkol' for an undisclosed sum.
The development comes after Hybrid Shifting recently launched its operations with a $ 2.5 million investment from Transworld International to revolutionize the relocation market in India and globally.
According to the company's statement, The acquisition will help Hybrid Shifting maintain a technological edge, leveraging Pikkol's extensive partner network across 100 cities in India and its customer base.
IIM-Bangalore graduate Deepu Chandran founded Pikkol, a tech-enabled B2C moving brand that offers a smooth and transparent moving experience with minimal human intervention. The startup provides instant quotes through an advanced algorithm, removing the need for pre-move physical surveys. It claims to have assisted in moving over 1,00,000 customers.
