Hyperlocal super-app magicpin partners with NCCF to sell tomatoes at Rs 70/Kg; delivered 1,000 orders within two days

Hyperlocal super-app magicpin has partnered with the National Cooperative Consumers Federation of India (NCCF) and has started selling tomatoes at Rs 70 per kg through select online platforms registered on the government-backed Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) across 90+ pincodes in Delhi-NCR. 

The development comes amid the massive surge in prices of essential commodities continue across the country.

As part of the partnership, Magicpin will sell tomatoes in Delhi-NCR at Rs 70 per kilogram, which will be made available hrough the ONDC platform. The startup is also offering a maximum purchase limit of two kilograms of tomatoes at Rs 140 per user per week and those will be delivered to the doorstep of consumers.

Notably, Within two days of launch, The startup claimed to have delivered over 1,000 orders across over 90 pincodes in Delhi-NCR.

Users can also order tomatoes through other buyer apps of multiple platforms like Paytm, Phonepe’s Pincode and Mystore.
