India is the first country to land on the lunar

Chandrayaan-3 mission deployed a rover on the lunar surface "to conduct in-situ scientific experiments," among other objectives

Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation) via live video from South Africa and mentioned that this success belongs to all of humanity

PM Modi also announced more ISRO missions, such as the Aditya L-1 mission for the sun and plans to go to Mars
