Invest4Edu appoints Manish Sahijwani as chief business officer (CBO)

Invest4Edu, a Mumbai-based ed-fintech startup offering education planning, saving and investment services, has appointed Manish Sahijwani as its Chief Business Officer (CBO) for Financial Services.

Manish, who brings over 20 years of experience in financial planning and wealth management, will play a critical role in driving strategic growth at the company.

His expertise spans family offices, institutions, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, making him a valuable asset for Invest4Edu’s mission of expanding and enhancing its services.

Manish Sahijwani’s background and expertise

Manish Sahijwani has an extensive background in the financial services sector.

Prior to joining Invest4Edu, he held significant roles as Director at IIFL and Senior Vice President at Indiabulls Securities Limited.

Known for his ability to build teams and launch new products, Manish has a client-focused approach that aligns financial programs with organizational goals. His credentials include being a certified wealth manager with an MBA in Finance and Marketing. He currently resides in Gurugram with his family.

Founded in 2021 by a team of financial industry veterans Peeyush Agrawal, Rozy Efzal, Hemika Tanwar, Chintan Kotak, Tushar Bopche, Aditya Agarwala, and Manoj Sharma, Invest4Edu empowers parents and students to discover and plan their educational goals using smart AI-based tools. 

The startup's product and service offerings include: Personalized Education Journey, Edu AI – a chatbot that answers all education-related questions, Edu Abacus – a college cost calculator, career selector, career library, study abroad services, affordability calculator, and more.

On the financial side of education planning, it offers portfolio management services, investment services in mutual funds and stocks, market research services, and education loans.

The appointment comes more than a month after it raised $3 million in a seed funding round led by prominent family offices.
