Sterlite Power, a power transmission developer and solutions provider in India and Brazil, today announced the appointment of Ruhie Pande as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective October 10, 2023.

What would be the role of Ruhie Pande?
In this role, Ruhie will work closely with Pratik Agarwal, Managing Director, Sterlite Power. She will be responsible for leading HR including strategy, talent, and culture priorities for the Group, the release notes.
Ruhie has over two decades of experience in HR leadership. Prior to joining Sterlite Power, She worked at Godrej Capital, where she served as the Chief Human Resources.
