Venture debt firm Trifecta Capital closes Fund III at Rs 1,777Cr

Trifecta Capital, a Gurugram-based venture debt firm, has announced the closure of its third debt fund at Rs 1,777 crore (approximately $213 million)

The fund has received investments from a diverse group of global financial institutions, domestic conglomerates, banks, insurers, and family offices

The fund has already allocated Rs 1,500 crore across 51 companies with a capital recycling provision that will enable it to have an investable corpus of up to Rs 4,440 crore.
