VMware partners with FutureSkills Prime to help youth gain digital technology skills

VMware, Inc. has announced its partnership with FutureSkills Prime, an upskilling initiative by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, the Government of India (MeitY), and nasscom to boost digital skilling for students and graduates. 

What is the aim of the partnership?

The strategic partnership aims at equipping professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to stay competitive in today’s rapidly changing technology landscape.

By providing access to current technologies and enabling hands-on training, The partnership will also focus on empowering fresh graduates by preparing them for successful careers in the tech industry.

Offering comprehensive program

Through this partnership, VMware and FutureSkills Prime will offer a comprehensive training program that covers the latest technologies and trends in cloud computing, virtualization, and networking.

The courses are offered FREE and are a part of the ongoing Digital skilling initiative by nasscom and MeitY.

According to the company's statement, the courses are designed to help IT professionals develop skills such as NSX Advanced Load Balancer Fundamentals VMware Cloud Native Applications Fundamentals Introduction to VMware Cloud Disaster Recovery Managing the Tanzu Greenplum Database with the Greenplum Command Center VMware Tanzu Greenplum Data Modeling, Design, and Performance Management Workloads – The Right Way
